Orders totaling over $99 will receive free Standard Ground Shipping within the USA. Diabetes Supply Store ships to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, as well as all US territories. For orders that are less than $99, the shipping rate will be calculated by the total weight of the items in your order. Below, we have created a table which gives you an overview of our shipping rates. Upon your order’s shipment, we will deliver you a confirmation tracking number via email. Orders before 2 P.M. EST typically ship the same business day. Those received after 2 P.M EST will be shipped the following business day. The delivery time for Next Day and Second Day orders do not include non-business days such as Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If you would like to pick up your order from our Boca Raton, FL office, please contact Customer Service to schedule a pick-up time.
In order to ensure your privacy, we take high measures to maintain the security of your information. This policy regards the way in which we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of your information:
Your satisfaction is our number one goal at Diabetes Supply Store. In the event that you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased from us, we will accept returns for a full refund up to seven days from the day of delivery. In order for us to accept returned items, they must be unopened and maintain their original packaging. Items returned to us which have been opened will unfortunately not be accepted. Opened items include those which the manufacturer’s seal has been broken.
After seven days have passed from when your order was delivered, we will charge a twenty-percent fee for restocking. If three months have passed since your order’s delivery day, our restocking fee will increase to fifty percent. Upon six months passing since your delivery day, we will not accept returned items. Any damages, shortages, or issues with your order should be addressed within seven days of your delivery. Please report such by calling Customer Support at 855-609-2300 or by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Prior to returning your items, you must obtain a Returned Authorization number issued by our customer support department. Please do this by calling our toll free number 855-609-2300 or emailing email@example.com with your order information. In order to accelerate this process, please be ready to provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return. The cost of shipping to return an item(s) is the customer’s responsibility. Please write the Return Authorization number legibly on the outside of your package to avoid the package being returned to you.
Items which have been mistakenly shipped to you by Diabetes Supply Store will be accounted for by us. The cost of shipping for these items will be reimbursed to you, as well as the delivery costs. We apologize for the inconvenience in this event, and do our best to avoid such errors. Upon the acceptance of your return, we will issue a credit or refund within the following fourteen days and will confirm this by emailing you a confirmation receipt.
